Biography
Terry Blackwood began singing in the 1960s with the Stamps Quartet. He joined the Imperials in 1967, singing both lead and baritone until 1976 when he and fellow Imperial Sherman Andrus left the group to form the contemporary Christian group Andrus, Blackwood, and Company. He also performed with the Memphians with his father Doyle Blackwood.
